Welcome! Phi Sigma Rho is a social sorority for women in engineering and engineering technology. Through Phi Sigma Rho, our sisters develop a strength of character and strive for academic excellence. Along the way, lifelong friendships are formed that help guide our sisters through their engineering education and beyond. The Alpha- Beta Chapter is at the University of Cincinnati where our sisters are members of the College of Engineering and Applied Science.
